A question about changing password.

  I had to reset my ipad.  When I did that I had to reinstall wgt.  When I went to log on it wouldn't let me with the same password I used before.  If I change the password on the ipad will it also change it on my pc?  Please anybody help me.

  First it should be the same password that you are using on the web version on your PC. Different devices but the same account, Are you sure you typed it exactly correct? Capitalization matters.

  As for changing your password. It can not be done on your Ipad.  I has to be changed on your PC. Click om the Account tab then when that loads on the top click on change password tab and follow the instructions there.

  You will have to enter your old password and then your new password twice.So if you enter the wrong old password you will probably get an error message,

  I have a suspicion about what has happened, but it wouldn't be prudent for me to elaborate here. 

  Just change the password on your PC as mentioned above. It will automatically be the same for ipad. 

  While you're at it, make the new password a strong one, at least 8 alpha-numerics with upper/lower case and at least one special character. There have been numerous reports of account hacking/stealing credits. 

  WGT doesn't recognize all special characters, so just keep trying a different one until it takes.

  It was probably due to all the mobile accounts that were hacked a few weeks ago, They were asking everyone to change their password.

  If my earlier suspicion were true, my elaborating on it might have put you at serious risk of having your account hacked and raided.
