  All this coming from a lvl 100 TM...there is a cheater of some sort in every game you play, that's for sure.LOL

  When Premier was introduced it stated your email would be a priority or something to that effect.  It may have changed, my mistake, thank you

  I don't ever remember it stating that. And I did a quick search of the forums. I don't see anyone mentioning that as a benefit.

  Being a Premier or Premier Plus member does not guarantee e-mail priorities, but being a member of WGT Nation does! One of the best benefits of being a WGT Nation member. Only open to Legend or above, and some WGT selected members. Doesn't cost anything to join, and you get some pretty good benefits. 

  I have never had an issue with getting a response from WGT, even before becoming a WGT Nation member. They have always responded, although not so quick sometimes, professionally, and have helped me many times. They are fair, and really do want to help you enjoy the game more. 

  As someone said, sometimes you get a canned response, but you can reply to that e-mail and they will start a conversation with you about your issue.
