Can't help with the first, obviously, but the second I can.

The best way to contact Peanut Labs is via the Transactions link. When you click it, your last transaction will be at the top. For this reason, getting right on it makes it easy to know the exact circumstances.

Anyway, if you can find the right one, click on it and choose Report a Problem. Only option 4 - Other, allows you to type a message. You can't attach screenshots, but if you can make the shot available on the web, you can provide a link to it.

Be polite. I've had many dealings with them and find them to be quite fair. In many cases, you'll get a canned response. Even this opens a line of communication as you can reply to the email.

    Good Luck.

    E-mail them direct      members@worldgolftour.com

I have had excellent success every time getting prompt responses.

Definitely not the norm. Every request I've ever submitted through the help/contact page has always received a response. I've literally had a 100% response rate from them.

Have you checked your junk or clutter folders? Responses from them could be going there, and you're just not seeing them.

And when you say that you sent them requests, you're referring to sending the requests through the "Help Request" contact page, yes?

I assumed he was when I answered. I've seen that happen but in my case, the e-mail WGT has for me is a junk mail address I hardly ever look at. When I want to communicate with them I use my main e-mail and they come right back.

    Sounds like a good plan.

Spam filters can be quirky. At my university, some emails that I get from my colleagues (from their university email account) go to my junk folder. It makes no sense. While it's rare, it can even happen with a reply. Go figure.

In fact, I'm dealing with a student issue right now. I've sent the student about 5 emails over the last week and have yet to receive a reply. I don't know if the student got the emails and is just ignoring me or if the emails are in the student's junk/clutter folder or what happened.

Not sure if this is something that is available on all email thingies, but on mine here at home and also on the one we used at my last employers, there's a 'read receipt' check box. So you get an email if yours gets opened, (provided the receiver hasn't disabled the sending of read response emails).

    ⇩ EDIT : Okay Rob, just thought I'd mention it. : ) ⇩

    Hi, Scott:

For whatever reason, I've never liked read receipts, so I don't use them. It's too easy to circumvent them (for example, I have my email set up to never send a reply), and it's really a bit misnamed because there's really no guarantee that the recipient actually read the email.

The thing is that the student replied to a couple of my emails the week before. And the student is not logging on to the online work space for the course (it's an online course).

    Thanks!

    Robert
