How does one go about reporting a player for conduct issues?
If you can, get a screen capture of the abuse. Either way (with screen capture or not) contact customer support and describe details. -Keith

TopShelf2010: Unless I am mistaken, if you click on your ACCOUNT button, there is a tab to BLOCK PLAYERS. Simply click on that tab and enter the name of the player you wish to block. Good luck Don

As has been said....^
However it won't block a player totally,they can still show up unless you are the Host.
Blocking the player only stops the chat between both players. Report it so they can't do it to others.
we don't want these players on the game
