One way breaks work pretty well on your calculations. The thorny part on this or any formula is when the you have to deal with a putt with different breaks like the one you had on hole 7. It's not enough to work with how many dots are moving and how many don't because it's crucial to know which is where. For example: The first 2-3 grids influence the putt way more than the last ones. So, i believe these cases are a bit of a feeling putt...

(actually, you missed that putt because the first 2 grids were showing a little break to the right which set up the initial roll of the ball way to the right. And another thing...heavy downhillers need the exact speed in order to take the right path. Speed is crucial on these kind of putts...let the ball roll and build its path to the hole, don't try to force it to the hole)
