I'm not sure my average has updated.  It has me as an amateur but averaging 150.  This is NOT even close to being correct.  Can anyone help with this?  Thanks in advance.

You have to play Ranked Rounds for your avg. to go down, or Match play will do it also.

Thanks ThunderTom....how do you play "ranked rounds"?

Correct, your score history contains mostly blitzes, which don't count toward your average..

Your average is computed on stroke play scores that show up in your score history, Par 3s and 5s excepted. Beating a higher tiered player in MP will also move it but that's just a WGT move to keep sandbaggers under control.

    MidniteRider47:
how do you play "ranked rounds"?
That would be 9 or 18 holes strokeplay, solo or multiplayer, in "ranked" mode (as opposed to practice) or in tournaments.

Simple clue: These are shown in the players' scores histories.

Full score numbers are used, and 9 hole scores are doubled.

Beware: Par3s and Par5s are excluded from average calcs, as well as any CC Custom Course tourneys, despite their appearance in the history. From the remainder, the pool of averaging scores is formed.

I was averaging 67.6 when I became a master.  I looked up and my average was 79.4.  What happened and who do I contact.  I did play a couple of (unfortunately) ranked rounds which I used as practice but withdrew before final hole.

Can anyone tell me how the winner is determined in ties on Bracket tourneys?
