CC Requests Via Mobile

  Am I right in thinking that you can't see any new requests to join your CC via mobile or am I just not looking in the right place?

  As the owner of our club this is very frustrating as I only play on mobile and have to log into my account via PC to check if there are any new requests.

  I only have access to a PC in work, so therefore when I'm not in work I can't see any new requests.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Hi MKALER,

  Yes, unfortunately you are correct, you can't see any new requests to join your CC via the WGT mobile app. I'm in the same boat but I use Puffin browser on my Android phone to check CC requests. It's a flash enabled browser and works well.

  Thank you for replying and confirming my thoughts. I'll have a look at Puffin.

  It's frustrating when I know we've lost out on quite few new members who have messaged me because they haven't been able to join. You would think that they would have something on mobile for this by now.

  We've never done a club v club match to be honest, so not sure how they work.

  I will mention it to our members though and let you know.

  What you can do, is use your browser on mobile and log in on that. Thats what I do away from home.

  If you go to" my profile"  at the top of this page, click on it, then click my cc, it will tell you in the members section, at the bottom, who the people are awaiting  membership acceptance.
