What's happened to customer support ?

  Hi , I've had issues more than 50HRS ago and sent 2 messages to customer support , and not had a comfirmation email sent to me straight away advising of WGT staff will be looking into my query let alone any help from WGT .   Anyone else having issues with customer support ?  cheers   John

  Spoke with Member Services and they are experiencing longer response times than their usual 12-24 hour turn around time due to a technical issue. They are responding to requests in the order they are received, its just taking longer than usual.
