First off, you need a 67.0 average.
Second, you need 25 TP scores. They aren't visible on your score history, but that may be due to the fact that you came back from a longer pause(?)
Third, and unrelated to the tiers, you may need an additional club. Unless you want to add one from your inventory, you might think about three nice custom wedges, from 64° up. TBH, the Starter wedges that you play are crap.
