  No matter if England or Croatia win the game tonight, the winner will lose against france like belgium lose tonight...

  france have a tactical team, no spectacle at all, boring team, almost anti-football, they will win against a naive Croatia or England team... sadly

  I really hope i'm wrong... but sadly i don't see that coming

  My predictions for the half finals are:

  I love it.  Half is more correct than semi, which comes from the latin for 'half'

  It might seem ridiculous that English had to borrow a “half” prefix from three different places, but if it didn’t we wouldn’t get to have a word like hemidemisemiquaver—that’s a 64th note, in other words, a half of a half of a half of an eighth note, which is so much less fun to say than hemidemisemiquaver.

  Hehehe... translatet that part for part from the german word "Halbfinale".

  ...and that is just the easier form of the very nice word "Vorschlussrunde".

  I hope you are wrong Michel! I will say the referee allowed France to play the way they did - I'd say the better football playing team lost last night which was a shame.
