You have to work out what you want from a country club first, and that will make your search easier.
Do you want to be in a club that is enthusiastic about playing the Clash events, or no? Do you want to be in a club that uses voice programs like Discord, Skype, Teamspeak etc? Do you want to play mostly multiplayer (alt-shot, matches etc) or do you prefer just entering club competitions?
And so on.
