yardage not right

  gonna be calm and ask nicely; looking for help or reason

  example..( dont remember hole ) Kiawah, #14  says 140 to hole 7mph tail wind level ground, i hit 147 club let off little full back spin, come up 25ft short (no spin, rolled forward)

  several holes like this; is there a bad measurement or something in th air

  just asking... im still calm

  Some holes and individual clubs have some very odd tendencies.  I haven't played your irons in nearly 2 years now, but the similar G10 middle irons were notorious for having a huge dropoff in distance when full backspin was used.

  Best thing you can do is take note of it, and next time w/ that wind try doing half or 3/4 backspin and noting that result.
