The best of the worst. WWII. I had many family members in combat during that period, and not all returned un- harmed. I grew up personally knowing many men in my neighborhood who survived, to be called upon to serve in Korea only 5 years later.
When my time came to serve I felt it was a duty not only for my family and country, but also a duty to those who did not return, and those others who were victims but did survive. Never thought twice about anything i was told or asked to do only how to best accomplish it. To anyone who agrees with our way of life here be thankful that others could serve and maintain our way of life. my nickle
