Robert is right. Best is to play the stuff one knows inside out. After I was tired of playing par rounds with those strange Taylormades I returned to my cheap Callaways now. First round was a 56 on Kiawa with a - 10 on the front 9. Regular round, not any red tea Kindergarten settings. Seems that was more than only a sign. It was like Odin visits me at the breakfast table to tell me his master plan. Will not win a lot of prices with them, but who cares? Me not. And if from time to time I will be able to beat one of the big dogs here or there the fun for me with that will be double ;o)
