oops on Avatar appearance

  *so, all of a sudden, last few days, each time I wish to change personal avatar, I get the oops message, has there been an update that would have affected it> Any help appreciated. ****EDITED-6/23/18 was able to change it today. Thanks for everyone's help.

  Hmm... is the OP perhaps referring to one's own profile picture rather than in-game avatars?

  I just got the "Oops" message earlier, too.

  I got a similar message when I tried to change my ID picture through mobile. Maybe they just fixed it. Just changed my ID picture several times on mobile with no problems.

  I play both but basically mobile is just for lunch time at work.Getting the error message again on mobile.
