  This is a call out to thee best legends on the game. I would love the challenge of a match. Honestly feel like I can hang with the best on the game. Will play for up to 1000 credits, so if any of you greats are interested let me know. And by best i mean the best. You know who you are.

  Send them a challenge then. Mind you if your average was 2 points lower I doubt you'd be so keen. :-)

  Hmm...Elite Legends V a 63 Avg TM....

  There ain't enough sub 30's (consistently) in your stats to make me believe you could live with the elite.....and please believe me, these guys/gals in MP games will be hitting sub 30's like water running from a tap....but I'd like you to prove me wrong.

  I getz the feeling you'll end up losing a lot of credits trying to prove me wrong though.

  Most of the semi decent legends (59 -61 avg) wouldn't have too much of a struggle winning the credits either imho.

  If I played for creds I'd take you on in an instant and when I won I'd have to give you the credits back because I am not a liberty taker. I'm sure you'll have a few takers though. TLD when he reads this will pounce.

  I'll make you a deal Jeff...this is the same deal my Dad made for me before I went to the casino one weekend with a pocket full of money...

  You give me 500 credits...You play whoever the legend is that accepts your offer, only you play for the remaining 500 credits.  After the legend gets through beatin your a$$ like a rented mule, I'll give 250 credits back to you.  OR...you can leave me out of it and lose the whole 1000 creds.

  I respectably decline your offer. Let me just clarify one thing. In my previous post i claimed that i can "hang" with the best. That means i can be all square for a consistent amount of holes. Maybe, just maybe a competitor will hit a loose shot   and i can pull of a great shot to win a hole. I fully understand that I am nowhere close to the skill level that these top players are and would be entirely demolished in a stroke play round. But i do believe in myself in match play form. Honestly i have outplayed a few highly respected legends for a win, as well as lost the 9th or 18th hole to finish 1down. All in all i would just like the chance and as far as simply inviting them...well i have. and been declined many many times. Maybe because i play forward tees as opposed to legends and have the advantage. Or maybe they think i do not have sufficient credits to risk to make it worth there while. In that case, this is what this post is about. I will make it worth your while. Not saying im going to win them all or even 5 out of 10. But 1 or 2 wins would be satisfactory.

  I think he's thinking on any day anybody has a chance. Granted, it might be a small one but it's a chance. LOL, kinda like me thinking I could get a foul tip off of Randy Johnson. Remember that good football movie--On Any Sunday  or Keanu Reeves in The Replacements. It's certainly a good way to find out what it takes.  ;-)

  I completely understand what you're saying Jim, but he doesn't mince words in his post.  Of course there is no inflection in a forum, I'm just going by his words.  Doesn't sound like a feel good football movie to me where the underdog kicks butt in the last play of the game.

  The OP makes me think more of the movie "Outlaw Josey Whales".  The part where the bounty hunter comes into the bar and tells Clint, "A man's got to do something for a livin". and Clint says, "dyin ain't much of a livin, boy"...
