Hi - I use the mobile app - for quick one-holers - and my PC, which  I think is excellent, but more for working through 18 holes, practising, trying the blitz options, all that kind of thing which I don't do on my smartphone.

So, when I save & quit, after playing (solo)  at my PC - then maybe a  couple of hours later using my mobile, it seems to insist I continue with the game that's saved, as opposed to just having a quick one-hole game with a random opponent.

    Any help?

    Thanks :)

Thanks Don! I realise that, but if I'm at the PC, then save & quit, then launch the mobile app sometime later, it doesn't give me any other option BUT to continue the game I've saved - as opposed to trying other in-game options, like a quick one-holer with someone.

I get it, but I think it's an app issue between two platforms - thanks for your input :)

    Tim.

It’s one account, and will resume on both.

I think it can be tricky.. sometimes you can continue a game on the opposite platform and other times you can not because the two platforms offer different types of game options.

For example you could start and save an uneven lies round on Desktop but it would not allow you to play that round on the mobile platform, I do not believe.

The same would go for blitzes, skins, AS and multi player type games because you can not play cross platforms... Now some desktop players have loaded an mobile app emulator program thus allowing them to play on the mobile platform, but they can no longer play multiplayer games with other desktop players until they go back to their desktop game client.

I am not sure if that is what you are getting at, but there are compatibility issues that can explain some of the things I believe you are observing...

You can't go from pc to mobile if playing certain courses either, like cabo, or whistler!

Hi Don - yes, it offers: "Forfeit" or "Continue" - either way, thanks to everyone.

I'll just have make sure I've finished something on the PC before closing down and going mobile later on.

    Cheers:)
