Recently, regardless of my ball setting, when beginning a round, my ball selection automatically reverts from starter balls to my paid Chrome balls without consent or any input from me.
In other words, it seems as if I'm being "forced" to use up my paid balls, when at times it has been my wish to only use my starter balls.
This problem has never occured in 5 yrs of playing, so I'm positive it is not due to my error of having a wrong ball setting. (I'm very familiar with the correct way to choose the ball I wish to play with). I have the feeling that WGT is making me use up my paid balls, whether I want to or not. I've submitted a help message to WGT, but would also welcome any player comments and/or suggestions.
