Account Access Error

    I can't seem to login to my account on any of my devices within the WGT app, I'm being prompted to login, which I never normally asked to do so. Then when I try to login, it says profile update and then an error box.

    I get the following error.

    Something unexpected happened.

    Errorcode Fatal:

    System.InvalidOperatorException: NnExisting entity cannot be reloaded: Exitgames.Wgt.Domain.R

    -----------

    This is now preventing me from playing consequetive days, please help.

    This is now preventing me from playing consequetive days, please help.

    Play a hole on the PC until the problem is solved. Under the WGT Community tab at the top of this page, select Golf Courses, pick a hole and as soon as you make your first swing your CDP gets credited.  :-)

    I cannot log in through pc....it kicks me out.....says error......i am logged in on my phone no problem.....dont understand......

    Same error for me on iOS. Tried deleting app and reinstalling - still doesn’t work. I can’t get past the login screen due to the error

    I don't have access to a PC, mobile and tablet only, until I get into work tomorrow. But that's too late and I'll lose my consecutive days.

    Yankee Jim's fix worked for me.... played hole 1 at st andy's as a guest and was then able to log in.

    I had the same problem August 2 on the 7th hole of a bracketed tournament I paid to join. I’ve played four years without having to manually log in and I do not remember my info. I have requested password recovery five times and sent three messages from the website, but haven’t heard from WGT yet. Really frustrating. Any suggestions?
