I bought $40.00 of credits on 09/01/2018 and did not receive the promised balls. What's up with that?
The promo was for purchases on 8/30 and 8/31.
As Robert already stated you were one day late...and now $20 short....
maybe a note to Customer Service will get you somewhere since you did in fact drop $20 USD...here's their link... Customer Support
