What Are the Levels to go Up on next Tiers ,
The level you are at doesn't affect your tier, it needs a certain number of ranked rounds and an average to be reached.
For you; you need to have played at least 500 ranked rounds as a Legend and have an average of 60 or less to go to Tour Legend.

A legitimate Q for mobile players, because they may be risen in tiers by passing certain XP levels. This is one source of (example) 150 avg Masters.
