  O Cannabis .

  According to the news uruquay and Portugal have it legalised and there governments are making billions by collecting the tax on it . Goes there instead of the pushers .

  Agreed Swanny...The Cdn govt already makes a fortune off Cigs and Booze...the new policy regarding Cannabis is just one more tax windfall.

  I wouldn't be surprised if prostitution is next up.

  Portugal haven't legalised it, they have decriminalised possession of small amounts of  any drug for personal use.

  Depending on usage you can be told to go for rehab counselling.

  Portugal therefore is not making billions, or anything, for decriminalisation.

  Canada has been the largest producer of the wacky tobacky for a decade now. Only seems fitting, if you can't, or won't police it,

  TAX IT !

  Just so you know, 10 plants grown outside, yields about $60,000.00 a year TAX FREE

  At least that what my friend tells me......
