8yrs and then some I have notice a few things here

1. Players dont chat anymore, even when you praise them.

2.Days go by that you cant even get a game, then you have

the typical quiters

I remember playing 36 holes of ALT with the old timers, chatting, laughing and carrying on.

sure miss the old days

I just wanna play

Many players dont chat because of the rude and disrespectful players . Also they may be having problems with the chat feature not working properly .Has it been fixed since the last update ? Then there are also players like myself who dont chat during play . When I play I like to focus on the game not chat . I shouldnt have to respond every time I hit either a good shot or make a putt .

I find those comments to be very distracting even though they mean well . Our lives and priorities change and so do our commitments . Free time comes and goes and real world activites become more important . Finding a game can be hard but you have friends to play if you stay in touch with them . Hit them up when you see them green and surely they will play .

If your club mates don't want to play a round or 2 with you I suggest looking for a new and more friendly club. I play A/S every night in my club and never a dull moment.
