Why do you all continue to play the clashes if you think and say clubs are cheating.  I don't play the clashes and never will, because of stuff like this.

You would think after 3 or 4 threads of complaining about cheaters and not getting your passes on time, you would say enough and not play.  I keep forgetting that you all are trying to get that sleeve of balls or a course builder....Sounds like a good trade off to me lol.

Quit worrying about the clash and just play golf. They can have the clash, I would rather spend my money on improving my game and equipment. Just load the cash cow with funds as we all know who is going to come out on top.

Because they are fun when everyone is playing fair.

Black Diamond GC has adjusted through new scoring rules and other changes.  That is OK.

We have also won and lost matches with last minute scores.  So it goes.  It is fun.

Ironically, with the new scoring rules introduced beginning of this year, the need to buy passes has been greatly reduced.

They are still fun if clubs (or in my 2 gripes, both club owners) do not cheat.

And they remain fun if everyone playing fair.

Just get in the top 500 and get the coursebuilder
Wouldn't it be less expensive to buy course builders in the Pro Shop?

My level 5 club finished 129th , and me and my fellow member played our socks off , with lots of dedication through all hours. We do it because we like the format of points system and because we are competitive. However my gripe always comes back to the same thing ..."how is it that we had 5 out of our 11 opponents that were level 15 or higher when we are level 5 with just three members ? There isn’t a level playing field , but I suppose that mirrors life. I just wish wgt , would introduce leagues , so we had fair opposition. Of course cheating should be stamped out , that’s down to wgt , but the only clubs that cheat are those that have no morals , .... why cheat ... it’s a game , they cheat theirselves and their own members.

You can get to Top 500 and get awarded with a Course Builder without spending anything with just 3 to 5 CC members "goofing off" in the Clashes.  We don't promote the Clash within our CC forum at Wooden Tee, but, there are a few of us who play just to whack the free balls, use up the superpasses, and pass some time.  We could care less about winning or losing.  Most times we have superpasses left and still finish in the Top 500.  What I'm getting at is this...it really doesn't require much effort as Deena is also aware of...plus, you get something from WGT while just playing as you normally do anyway.

Thanks for the explanation - I thought it needed more effort. I've forgotten how easy it was when I did some whacking in the Clashes.
