Many people are frustrated that the game doesn't save Flash settings on certain browsers e.g. Firefox, Chrome etc. having mucked around for a while now with FF I have decided the best way to play the game is in MS Edge browser.

Im using Chrome with no problems and I also have Maxthon Cloud 4.9 1000 . Both are good for the game at least for me anyway .

    Hi Dave

I use Firefox and have never had a problem. There are only a limited number of settings you can change anyway so first I'd check if you are saving the cookies. Right click in the middle of the Gameclient page (homepage if you like, with the moving bit in the middle) and this should appear

    Then click on Settings

and make sure allow is "ticked".

You can also turn Hardware acceleration on and off here as well as control over your webcam and mike, if you have them. If that doesn't work try the link posted to the settings manager (a little more complicated but basically does the same thing). This is for the PC btw , regarding the mobile app. I've no idea.

    Cheers!

    Rich
