pmm711: There were a bunch of players tied after Round 2 in position 23. If you only took the Top 25 then 5 of those players wouldn't advance to Round 3. Wouldn't you have to include the Top 30 or do you utilize a tie-breaker to get it down to 25 players?

Whether in WGT or club tournaments, the players are always posted in "tiebreaker" order. It just is usually irrelevant except for 1st place.
First tiebreaker is back 9. So using me as an example, I shot a 27 on back 9 in round 1 of this and showed up first among all players with a 62. On the other hand, I was terrible on back 9 in round 2 of this, and showed up last among all players with a 58.
After back 9, as a reminder, rest of tiebreakers are last 6 holes, last 3 holes, last hole, then hole-by-hole moving forward from last hole. If scorecards identical, first score posted.
