  Please pay attention to your payouts for tournaments. No wonder over all these years I have been hemeraging credits. I still haven't received payout for winning last weeks 200 credit multi round? And I have also checked my history and seems they have not been paying out any of those weekly events I have been entering? It is very hard to communicate with WGT because they don't have a customer friendly way of dealing with issues. Cant talk with anyone on the phone. It's always by email. Not a fan.

  I think they're just behind / delayed.  I've received no emails about winning credits that weren't credited, and there should be some coming along.

  Not only have the weekly tournaments not been payed out but I have not received my winnings from last month either. My guess is it probably has something to do with WGT changing the payout structure.

  This is almost entirely my fault. The new payout structures have nothing to do with it. They sent me to our other office where I've been in meetings for basically entire days since Monday. Unfortunately we won't see the monthlies and weeklies start paying out until Friday at the earliest, but more realistically it will be Monday.
