Freeze in coin games

  Hi everyone, 

   

  is anyone one else having issues in Turf WR coin games in Tokyo and Manhattan when both clocks just blue circle and the only exit from this is to forfeit the game ! Resulting in loss of coins and pass ? 

   

  I have reported this to WGT on mutliple occasion with the same result , 

  “after a review of this matter we are inable to refund for your request”

   

  i find this very frustrating and now lack confidence in playing theses rooms !

  Hi Abi,

  I run a club full of mobile players, also play in the coin rooms myself, and I haven't heard of or seen this as a recurring issue. When it happens to you, do you have a dodgy internet connection? You could also try deleting the wgt app and installing again, see if that helps.

  If it keeps happening you could record your screen while playing, then when it happens you can upload the vid somewhere and send a link to customer service. They can't argue with proof.

  I have had frozen screens occasionally, but find if I cancel out of the app and come straight back in , I get the resume saved game box and go back to the game there is usually sufficient time to do this and you can resume the match
