can someone tell me what "cross platform unsupported" means?

  can someone please tell me what "cross platforms unsupported" means?  also why all of a sudden are my available friends (green) not listed at the top in alphabetical order.

  mobile players can't play desktop players and vice versa unless.... a desktop player obtains and uses a "mobile platform emulator" such as nox or bluestacks I believe then a pc player using a mobile emulator can play their mobile platform playing friends.

  I suppose access on PC.

  The friends list below PLAY NOW may be re-sorted. Select FRIENDS, click on the three grey bars below MY STATUS. The leftmost short bar should provide what you want.

  Aha!  I learned something today already.  Never even hoticed those three bars to sort the columns!  Now I may spend some time sorting my friends!
