Well, I searched as best as I could to find this on WGT and in the forums but was unsuccessful:

Is there a list of the changes that occur with each moving up a tier?

I know there are changes in greend speed sometimes, changes in tee boxes others, and apparently sometimes both change.  I did not keep track of what changes occurred each time I tiered up - but I wish I had.  I do know what happened this week when I went to Legend before I expected it!!  Many of you know what I mean!

Any help - is there a post somewhere with this info?

    Thanks.

Nope, not in one post, anyway. But here's the consensus of many, and my experience bears it out: 1) Green speed (the one that is actually posted). 2) Putt break. Sharper with each addition to green speed. 3) Wind. All things being equal, you can expect higher average wind speeds. Key word: average. Basically, the game just gets harder as you get better at it. Which is one of the things I truly love about it.

This is my take on it - not sure about Hack green speeds though.

I agree with that.  This last tier up is a shock to my WGT system, but I just have to learn and practice more.

Nice table.  Seems about right because I thought the green speed changes alternated with tee box changes.  Well at least until now!

I think I have a decent handle on a green speed of 12 - except for breaking downhill putts of much length.  That will take some more practice.

The longer tees will add shots to some of the holes until I level up enough to get a longer driver and 3 wood - but that just means I have to improve my shots all the way around until then.

i'll get some people that argue with me on this one but it's because they haven't had occasion to see it and there really isn't a  way to "remember" it. Because when leveling up we had nothing to compare it to.

about 1.5 years ago a buddy got divorced and to help him out i let him move into a spare bedroom that i had.

I introduced him to WGT on mobile and we would spend quite a few nights a week on the back porch drinking whiskey and smoking cigars. I was a Legend then and he was just starting.

Here is what I noticed. It's especially noticeable when playing a hack or amateur but can still see it in the pro and tour pro level.

The effective hole is larger than the displayed hole in the beginning tiers and it shrinks as you tier up. Now what tier it stops shrinking i can't tell you. If there is a difference between the master/tm tier and legend it's small enough that it can't be noticed easily. so it might be capped there.

If doubt me. Play on mobile and play in the lowest value coin rooms. If you play enough eventually you will see hacks and amateurs balls go in holes and the ball didn't even hit the actual displayed hole. Balls that you know would lip out or even hit the lip and go in just drop in smooth.

There was a time frame where i just wanted to watch videos for the xp on one hole matches and i wanted to burn up all the "crap" balls that i had, so i'd play in the cheap coin rooms and not care if i won or lost i just wanted the games to go fast and burn up balls. I'd usually miss putts on purpose to let the other person win. A couple hundred coin is nothing when i normally play for 2.5 million at a time. In the process i played alot of amateurs and hacks. And as i said you can really see the difference when playing them on that particular aspect of the game.
