Help! My dog's swallowed my "Phi sensor".

Without noticing, the thing must have fallen out the end of my club. My dog's spotted it and gone eaten the thing.
I didn't notice untill I went to tee off and saw I had no balls left, all 10 AWOL leaving me with rocks. I decided to hit one anyway but as it was sitting on the tee, it hopped off and made for the trees. (Pinehurst) After bouncing around for a bit it stopped by a large one, sat there and then LOST BALL vanished.

The next up did exactly the same, just by a different tree. Then I saw what my dog was doing and the penny dropped. She's only a little West Highland terror so waiting might be a long drawn out affair and now I can't play with her in the house.

Let this be a warning to all golfing pet lovers, keep it out of their reach. Any suggestions cautiously welcomed
(apart from warm water and a teaspoon )

    Cheers!

    Things usually work themselves out.

I love dogs. They are the best thing that can happen to a human.

    Couldn't agree more!

waiting for a tap in to pop out . . .

I can't think of any reason why not Craig. I'll own up to not having it, as a non golfer I'd destroy my living room. Just pointing out a possible pitfall : )) ( while bored )

    Cheers
