Missing clubs

  2019-01-29	Purchase WGT Starter Plus Full Set (L5+)	Pro Shop	-125 Cr
  2018-12-16	Purchase WGT Starter Plus Iron Set (Steel) (L5+)	Pro Shop	-49 C

  I "purchased" the above clubs but never received them. As you can see the original purchase was for the iron set. I waited until today to try the full set, thinking there was a problem with the iron order. The credits were taken were taken out and leaving me with 6 credits. I would appreciate some help here. My best case would be giving back the 125 credits and giving me my iron set that I bought for 49 credits. Also while I am here can you tell me what level I have to be at for golf bags showing up in my pro shop.

  They're showing in your inventory. It looks like you only need to equip the new items. 

  To select and equip new virtual golf clubs and balls in the game, follow these steps: 

  1) Select the MY EQUIPMENT option after purchase, or on the My Profile page, or in the Game Menu

  2) Click and Drag the new club or ball from your INVENTORY to IN MY BAG

  3) Click the SAVE CHANGES button
