  it seems to me they have eliminated saturation.  i have many more rounds than needed for saturation and my avg changes every round.

  Well I am up to 220 ranked rounds since the creation of the new tiers and I am still not saturated. I was saturated prior to the changes.

  Not eliminated - changed the number of RR required.  Thus, your average may go up now.
