  You should be able to see that you made this gift in your transaction history.

  You can also see any recent gifts sent to you in there.

  On Feb 15th, you made friends - shows publicly in both activities.
  You sent him a sleeve - shows in your activity.
  Alas, there's no indication in his activity that he sent you a sleeve - nothing to expect on your side.

  Except, if either of you would see the gift in one of your account lists, which are private.
