wgt error - ID 10887

  Hi;

   

  I was playing a challenge game at Wolf creek front 9 when suddenly my connection with WGT was disconnect at 6th.  When I checked my account, I found that 405 + 30 CREDIT was taken from me.

  Up to that point, I was winning 5 holes.

   

  Please look into this matter.

  Yes, try that.  

  I assume those credits were the challenge amount?  If you were unable to re-connect in time, I assume that went in as a forfeit.  Not sure.
