I started today with 170 Cr and thought I'd treat myself to some new balls so I purchased new balls that cost me 67Cr. I cannot get them into my bag and somehow my Cr balance only reads 36Cr. Can anybody help me to put this straight

Did you buy more of the same ball you have been playing? I see you bought balls today (2 sleeves) and that is the ball listed as being equipped in your bag (GI-2D lime).
If you buy the same balls as you already have equipped, you don't have to equip them - they are just added to the ones in your bag. Check and you should see the updated total of that ball type.
Buying two sleeves reduced your credits by 134 cr. If you meant to buy just one sleeve, try contacting Customer Support and explain what happened.
