I was reading today how some players will abort their round after a few holes in unlimited play if they don't have a few birdies, because they see it as a waste of time and effort.

I don't agree ( see my replay 'never give up' ) because good things do happen even when you make a poor start. The 3rd at St A is a short Par 4 that with a tailwind is reachable.  I lipped out my 36 foot putt for eagle.

This kind of thing happens a lot, birdie followed by bogey and vice versa.

I almost never quit a round however bad it 's going.  You can't in RL so why do it here.

Birdie? How you get those? The putting on this game is impossible. Half the time I can't even see the green because of the camera angle (if I'm putting from close to the fringe), and other times my ball comes up 0.00005" short.

They seriously need to change the putting system and their goofy little white dots that doesn't help at all.
