    Hi all,

I've just bought a Daytona L55 putter to address my severe putting consistency problems.

Anyway - i tend to use the avatar movement technique for distance -but i've noticed that the daytona has only 3 avatar movements in the 15ft meter - not only that but the movements seem to occur in rather odd places eg: 1st movement around the 40% of the meter and the 2nd movement about 80% of the meter.

Any Daytona users have a reliable and straight forward formula for the 15ft meter?

    thanks to any help given

I think that's the same putter I have, the Rossa, right?

Acts like mine does...6 foot, 12 foot then 15...ofcourse you have to take green speed into account.

It should be the same on the 30 scale too. It is on the Ghost (25 scale.) Trust the 1/2 value of the third move.

That seems to make sense. Thanks.

I seem to have a really stuttering meter on mine - anyone with similar experiences, as It making it really hard to use.

First clear your cache to get rid of old files.

Then every green speed is different as far as movements. Slow green maxed out 15 ft. scale is only about 13.4 or 13.5 ft.

It's not the putter. Try clearing your Flash cache, something you should do anyway when you get new stuff. Also, don't get discouraged right away. It takes a good 20-30 rounds to get comfortable with your new putter so don't give up.  GL

Well that's the thing - the first thing i did was to empty the browser cache. On a not so unrelated note - but is it me -,or is it sometimes harder to ding it when the meter moves really slowly :)

for the daytona putter on the 15 foot scale, the distances are 6-6-3.

for my daytona rossa, first movement is 5yd 2nd is 10yd, been using it over a yr, very consistant on those distances, you do need to adjust for green speed and slope, addressing the stutter, delete all your friends, i haven't had a problem with stutter since i did that. My guess is your friends connect with your computer when online and data streaming and cpu gets all screwed up.
