    RichardBurg:

My putting grid disappeared. Please help.

    Aliens?

Seriously - is this when you are on the green with putter selected?

Does it happen if you are off the green but looking at a pitch or chip?

Do you have a meter that is non-standard?

    Mobile or PC?

We can try to help with a bit more info.

Do you have a meter that is non-standard? Don't think so.

    Mobile or PC? PC

    Thanks

Have you tried clearing your flash cache?

With your browser open, hit CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE.

Hmmm.  Flash is often the culprit as Scott noted.

Have you changed the browser or anything similar just before this started?  I play on PC and have never run into this before but it sounds very graphics-related - which Flash is!

Another possibility is in the Game Settings.  In the gameclient - select Game Setting from the menu and scroll down to Putting Grid and see if it shecked "on".  I doubt it matters, but you can check "Pip Animation" as well.

During play, you can select "Options" from the Menu to do the same things.

Neither suggestion worked, although when I tried to delete the cache it just kept spinning so I don't know about that.

I did change the browser a couple weeks before this happened.

    Hmmm.

Can you get a screen capture of this?

If you can, maybe an email to Customer Support can get some help - with an explanation of the problem.

Well I'll be a monkey's uncle! There's a tab under the putting grid that says P. Pal that I finally clicked and it came back. I must have inadvertently clicked on it. Sorry for the trouble Doc!
