  In addition , I do think it is good that wgt have changed the rewards, obviously the golden putter going to top three leaders gives incentive at the top. But for my small club finishing just outside the top hundred , meant it was difficult to win the tee markers and flags , and it now makes me happier to see the top 500 clubs receive these. 

  
  
  My guess is this is a special situation in awards because of this being the 100th Clash.  Was similar for the 50th.  But, I guess we'll see in a couple of weeks . . . . .
  
  Still another hour+ to get my first pass. Have sat out the first two match-ups (St. Andrews, Wolf Creek) because I refuse to BUY a pass just to play in a Clash where we can get what we want, as a club, by placing in the top 500.

  Hey All,

  Champ started a thread here with a little more info on Clash 100. Sorry for the CC Pass confusion but this should be set to award passes every 4 hours now.

  It's  a bloody nightmare. I'm not gonna buy a pass when my clock showed it was ticking down suggesting I'd receive one in 4 hours and then never Got it! I've written to WGT but, like most occasions, they won't have the decency to reply. Not a happy putter.

  All those passes purchased and still no golden putter. Oh well better luck next time! I actually play a few rounds during the clash just to see how my scores stack up to better players but I sure don't get worked up over stuff that is out of my control. My club might score in the top 50 and they might not but we basically still get the same thing as the #4 finishing team and we don't look down on players in our club who don't play in the clash.

  No one said a thing about getting “advanced personalized notice” of the early start time.  Just using this forum, as is our right, to politely vent our frustrations about club owners and their members receiving no courteous warning of same.

I suspect you have no interest in same so really why did you even bother mate? No need to ask really is there for its quite clear ridiculing and mocking others gives you a bit of a jolly.

  Incidentally I type at around 105/110 words a minute, so really mate the time for me to post here is actually quite irrelevant!

  That was in reference to those who DO play in the clash Callaghan.  I thought it was pretty obvious.  No chill pill required at this end thank you very much.  That would be much better utilised methinks by those certain forum commentors who seem to have irritation at posts uploaded by anyone not in their regular circle, without commenting their own ridiculing twopence worth, even on an issue that is apparently of absolutely no relevance nor interest to them.  High time this forum was the comfortable, safe, caring, space for all players, as it is intended to be, not a playground for such schoolboy behaviour from a chosen few who throw cheap shots for their own amusement at the expense of others.  Behaviour which is frankly neither remotely attractive or at all cool.
