Hmmm. I have a 17-inch laptop display set to 3840 x 2160 and a 27-inch external monitor set to 1920 x 1080 and the gameclient looks great on either one. It might be the flash settings that TopShelf2010 mentioned. Mine is set to medium as well, although it looks fine in higher resolutions as well. I set it to medium to speed up the animations.

IVE tried absolutely eveything now guys - chnaged resolution on desktop - ive changed flash settings - tried numerous broswers and nothing is helping :(

Can you post a picture of the game mrbit? So we can see just how bad it is.

Have you tried a different monitor or a different video card. Either of those that has gone bad or is in the process of going bad can cause what you are describing.

as you can see the fonts are pixelated and the trees and background too - some things are fine like distance etc

What I see on my screen looks fine. I have 22 inch wide and run at 1440 900. I am betting something wrong on your end. Either bad monitor or something with display driver/card/onboard. Almost sounds like you are either in a safe mode or have no display driver installed(using standard driver).
