    JCOlson:

    lvietri:

our membership admittance process takes from 2 weeks to 2 months and we will continue to be very select on who we admit.

Just out of curiosity, is there a hazing process involved? If yes, where do I sign up :).  btw, do you know if Jared or Clarence is organizing our scores for you? If not, I could prob manage.

Oh if there is hazing involved I so wanna see pics of this !! Hahahhahah  ( gets her popcorn out , kicks her feet up on her desk and says Let them games begin ) giggleee

    JC & Bootsie ...

We are in a perpetual state of hazing ... to both prospective members and long standing members alike .... if you don't believe me .. just ask the others .... :)  .. or show up in MIRC on poker one of our poker nights  or during the fantasy football season.

JC .. Jared sent me a note that said you guys are in ... but he didn't say who would compile the scores .. if you can it would be great .. i'll mark you down as the captain.   Thanks for offering to help.

ps. while a few have made it in 2 or 3 weeks --- the typical member does take 2 to 3 months to go through our qualifying ... and i know you won't believe this but .. being able to play WGT is just a small piece ...

Am loving this tourney Ivietri.  The members of the YBRCC are all excited too and we have all been playing our hearts out this weeks so far.  A tough start on St'Andrews has not been much fun, am hoping for some easier conditions next week.

Andy, thanks for the feedback.    From some of the other notes I'm getting everyone is enjoying.     It's fun when the entire club can play and anyone who gets lucky with a good score can help their team.

I hear you about St Andrews .... when i played I did 16 holes and just horrible for 2 .... I hit 2 balls OB on 16 and hit the dam hotel on 17 ... 8 and 7 on those 2 holes didn't help ... but i did squeak under par with a 71.

Good luck to everyone who still has to play this week.

    Lou

    Hi Ivietri

Great concept. We are keeping our own score at the Normans Webb collective to see how we go.

Yes David .. that's why it's called a Country Club Inviational.

Ewan -- i think that is fantastic .. I love the fact that your club is doing this.   While I can't include you as part of the Challenge .. If you can let us know how you end up each week.we will make sure we note it on the tracking form.

By the way .. in case anyone was wondering why we invited clubs ... it's easy.   I saw the response to the Slor league .. and there are so many clubs .. I just dont' have time to communicate with more than 7 others :).   Maybe if it works out we'll do it again for any club who wants to join.

By the way .. the Weekly Single 18 (or as I'm calling it the 18CCC) suddenly becomes a topic for discussion among our club .. hope it re energized it for your clubs too.
