  Keep in mind .. this is manually updated periodically by me so if it doesn't change quickly .. i'm probably working :)  ... and is never final until the team captains confirm all of their scores on every monday.

  Hello all, I would like to address this contest if I may. I am a member of Electra, and usually do not make any posts in the main forums. 

  Looking at everything that has been written, I can clearly see why suspicions have arose concerning TdotDoba's scores. Giving that it was a very good score and the buying of the putterpal can definitely raise a red flag.

  However, I have played with Paul (TdotDoba)  many times, and can tell you that he is more than capable of shooting a 59 at Oak.  And although I only know him through the internet and not personally, I think I can judge his character well enough to know that he would not have someone else shoot a round for this tournament for him.

  I hope that people can understand that although it is warranted to be suspicious, it is not in the proper spirit to drop out of the contest or make flat accusations of guilt. If I can admit that I understand people's suspicion, I hope others can look at the situation rationally and see that is quite possible that TdotDoba shot these scores fair and square.

  I'm not trying to anger anyone or point fingers, I just hope anyone that reads this can try to see this situation from both sides like I have tried to do.

  In final, I hope this competition will go on, and that no one drops out and we have fun the rest of the way.

  Hello All

  Sheesh i know im blond but what is the Problem with using a putterpal? I use one does that deem me to be a cheater as well? I thought they were legal in this state

  I play and know Paul personally and quite frankly don't even want to or need to try defend him. We at Electra Know what and who He is and Love him for it. I sure hope the tourney continues as its an awesome idea and Brilliant Way to get the Clubs to Inter act. Before making Rude and unjust  comments we all should think of the integrity of the game and how its Played, We have an admin department here and helpful staff who can Quite easily Sort such issues out in a closed forum and not Taint The hard work of the Tournament Dir and his tour. Personally i would like to see WGT admin involved and gag such chatter in forums like this.

  • Attempt to interfere with, hack into or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Site.
  • Exploit any bug in the Site to gain unfair advantage in the game and communicate the existence of any such bug.

  Personally i like the first one, bottom line is this, WGT should be stepping in , as there are all kinds of violations going on here......... Please use ur brain before the fingers type and not the other way around.

  Just a quick note -

  1. The competition will go on as planned for the full 8 weeks
  2. We respect the decision of all of the playes in all of the clubs involved (even our own) to decide if they want to play or not play.    It's entirely up to them.  
  3. All scores which are verified by the team owner / captain will be included  as originally planned.   But please understand --- nothing is final until verified.    I will try to keep the leader board updated to the best of my ability but it is NOT final as I can not accurately keep track of 1,000 folks in all of the clubs who are playing.
  4. Deviations will continue to play with the folks we decided to play with at the start of the tournament.  

  Finally .. it would help me out as the organizer .. if you would keep side conversations to other threads ... as all of this stuff just "gunks up" the tourney thread.
