I am new to WGT. I really enjoy is to far. My question was how do I develop more distance? And earn credits?

I tried playing the virtual open and had no chance as I wasn't long enough to get to the fairway.

    Thanks!

To get more distance is easy, get some clubs that go farther. The wind is a big bonus when it's going straight. To earn credits, Buy Credits, or go down to Earn Free Credits under, Get Credits. You can Take Surveys and get credits. Watch Videos, or shopping online. Upgrade a club and you can get more distance.

    Good Luck!

    mrtyler:

    practice--

To the webmaster-- can you program to punish quitters. They ruin the game. You start with 4 and by the time you get to the fifth hole, everyone is disconnected

mrtyler this is extremely annoying to me as well.  Why the hell start a game if your just going to quit a quarter of the way through?  I can understand if a situation comes up that forces you to stop playing such as the baby needs attention but most seem to just do it for the hell of it.

Can someone out there in WGT land send me somewhere to get all the info on credits.

What they are worth and all the different ways to earn them.

I can play with a ball on the golf course practically until the cover falls off. What determines the amount of time we have with a WGT golf ball.  If I would get the putting meter, would it be taken away after a unspecified time?

I really like this game, as you can see I play most everyday. If I new more about the credits maybe i would just buy the tools i need  to get setup so I could at least birdie a few holes.

Eveytime so far that i have tried to play with someone else the game always closes due to technical dificulties.

    Thanks

It is the state you live in.Some states consider it gambling.

Up at the top of the page there is a link for get credits, there are 2 sub links. You can earn free credits or purchase them. $1.00 US is worth 100 credits here.

Question. I just made Master yesterday morning and had a 67 avg. I played 1 game, shot a + 1 and avg. jumped to 74. Played another game, shot +2 and avg. jumped to 77. why such a big jump?. almost makes me shy away from playing stroke anymore

Yes. The avg automatically jumps to 72 I think. Be careful once you break over to Legend. Same thing. You have to drop your avg. down to below 61. Many Legends have gone right into "Practice mode" and get use to the new tees before they will play any "Ranked rounds" just to keep that low average. Funny.

It re-sets your average after you go up every tier,You hit +1 must of been on a 36 par 2x 37=74,Then your average will move up & down for a while before it stops & just goes down can't remember how many ranked rounds it is.

    GC.
