    Hi all ,my question is , i was on 68 and Tour Pro and just had a game and wone ,by x3 but after that i went up to 73 tour Pro,can you help to let me know why this would be, thank you all.

    After advancing to Tour Pro, your average was reset. 73 probably was the first score in the new tier, thus the new average.

    Alex, I noticed that  I have been locked out from changing my profile picture. I did not realize there where kids playing this game that could download my photos. So if I promise not to put up any risque photos may i get my chance to at least put up a clothed in bikini shot of me for my profile. Aubry

    im not new but have couple of questions why are free surveys never available to me and  how do you remove an account if wanted  to..and  is there anyway to change a username?

    I have again tonight been frustrated by the CONSTANT disconnection from games due to the "unexpected error message" continually appearing during EVERY game i have played tonight (5games started....1 completed) and this has been getting worse for the past several weeks,what if anything is wgt doing about this ever increasing problem.

    I like most players enjoy the game and have spent considerable time & money improving my equipment & game skills over many months but am finding it increasingly difficult to find the time & energy to continue while these same problems keep happening......what is your sollution to mine & majority of other players frustration ?

    Well said woodspud1. If you get an acceptable answer to this I will indeed be surprised. I to have spent  large sum of money  only to be frustrated to the nth degree. It seems that every time they shut own for maintenance things just get worse But, it appears they do not know what they are doing quite frankly other than make a ton of money off us. I know of no other business that can get away with what they are presenting. I am now trying to figure out what their thought processes are as they certainly fail to communicate with their PAYING customers.

    Trust me...all our  complaints" and  recommendations are most likely being read...but ignored for the most part. I've been kicked off a game from time to time by that familiar "error message"..... but I see some players are recieving it much more than I....so consequently, I'm assuming that the problem lies somewhere else.......like perhaps with one's internet connection,...not sure....but whatever the case.....I do not see a solution on the near horizon......we simply have 2 choices.....live with it....OR......quit playing the game!

    As for me...I'm  playing  much less than I did before,....for more reasons than one.......my game went south, so I ned to get away to re=charge my batteries!! lol lol  "It's only a game"....yeah, right!!

    I have a very high speed internet (50mps broadband.) I quite often get disconnected and I get the message there seems to be a problem with your internet connection I look in my lower tray and my connection is just fine. Yes, it's only a game that I have paid a ton of money to play. All it does, is make me look very very stupid.
