  I went into buy credit page,filled in all necessary information but was rejected & advised to contact wgt customer service.Could someone please contact asap as i wish 2 purchase clubs etc. Best contact is   farmerinparadise@gmail.com    Verdexon

  The free credits offer is a complete farce. Cynics would say it is a take-on simply to obtain ones personal details. Complaining to WGT itself is to no avail. They simply recommend contacting the advertiser directly. The advertiser, of course, never responds, so one is left having spent 20 minutes getting 90% through a survey and receiving no credits at all. Not very good for customer satisfaction. This farce now extends to watching videos. They show the video has been opened but, although watched right through and allowing a little time at the end before clicking on ‘earn more credits’ achieves nothing and no credits are given.

  For such an excellent, well-run and often very enjoyable site, this seems to me to be a situation WGT should take more seriously. Many of us cannot afford to keep buying credits so we have to make do with in particular, starter balls, when the ability to earn credits – as promised – would allow increased enjoyment.

  And it would also be very nice to be able to upgrade one’s equipment from time to time !

  Please do take urgent action, WGT

  Hi I have played the Korbel challenge  4 times never received any free golf balls? Any ideas thanks eaglejlake.

  Hi Alex, I was playing the wgt game and was using Internet Explorer and was having loading probs and meter probs and someone said that itr was probably my desktop so, it was old anyway and I bought a new one a  Windows 8 and I think it is very good and at the same time after helpwas told to use the Maxthon Cloud browser and this seems to have ended the probs. The only snag now ios that when I go to surveys etc etc I get the message WGT IS NOT RESPONDING can you help with this, Regards John

  I have been playing and enjoying the game now for over 12 months.

  I have just played a Master from USA and was doing well in fact at the 7th I was 1 UP.

  He gave me such abuse and foul language that instead of remembering his name I just said that I didn't wish to read his abuse and I just disconnected.

  What can I do in the future if this happens again.

  Tiggerannie1954;    If it happens again, get proof.  In other words, take a screen shot.  Also, get his name plus any further information that you feel is relevant and send it to  members@worldgolftour.com      .........They will deal with any low life that needs to be ousted.  --  just dandy
