  Hmm. I wonder if private messaging will be addressed. Since there's no place (that I can find) to enter a URL, even existing ones won't be available through the client/app. 

  At this point, I just check for updates. Until there is one, I see no need to look at it more.

  I originally started playing WGT via facebook.  Later I started using the wgt.com to get me to the game.  Apparently it recognized that my account was facebook and I could get in and play just as if I was in facebook.  I tried loading the Early Access, and it requires a signin, but doesn't have a facebook option.  I tried the facebook password, but it doesn't recognize it.

  Any Idea how this is all going to work?  

  I would hate to have to start over  :-(

  I've seen this problem on the forums before. Seems like 

  Customer Support  

  could easily get it sorted.

  Is there a recommended minumum system specs. I only have 4 gig of memory on this PC and only on the 3 lower resolutions is the meter smooth. on the 3 highest reolutions the meter it quite stuttery, On the highest resolution for my PC and monitor (1920X1080) the meter is so stuttery that it is virtually unplayable.

  Try on PC first, go to account > Change Password. Your Player Name should be the same, just change the password to something you can remember.

  Finally got around to checking this out, unfortunately I did so in coin games so the playability may have been skewed due to sponsor apparel, but I used the free Bethpage ball...  whether it is the bigger screen or being able to use a mouse, this seems easier than playing on the mobile platform on a small tablet screen. 

  I played the greens more like I would have if I was playing mobile though... so the green speeds may be more similar to that of the mobile platform than desktop play... this will annoy or frustrate some desktop players who are use to counting dots - er - I mean reading dots.

  Aside from the obvious points made in some earlier posts, it seems like a pretty good starting point.  

  Did notice, while it seems like or plays similar to mobile platform the new mobile event "fall showdown" is not available on the "early access" and it is probably a good thing because it seems to play easier than mobile platform, at least for me having dabbled on both platforms.  I may reconsider playing TW events on the early access version as it seems to give you an ever so small edge.  I could be wrong and it could depend on the person and their familiarity with each platform.

  I downloaded to have a look. Had no clue, as it is all new , and I have never played WGT on mobile, so  I just played around with creating an Avatar for myself.  I logged out, returned to WGT on my PC- and there instead of my usual game play pic was the avatar I had just created.??

  What is even odder is that I am a grey face, and as such I have no pic privileges ( don`t get me started... ), and  therefore unlike all you "Normal " players ( and I use the term advisedly .. hee) I have no ability to change my game play pic, let alone get a pic on my profile page !- yet somehow my game play pic has been changed  to the avatar I created in the yet to be put into place new platform - what mysterious force is at work here ?? What Alchemy is afoot ???

   More importantly-- how do I get my old  game page profile pic back-- I miss it already ! Any ideas ?

  I just found another problem. The problem is not with playability or anything like that. It is in available tournaments. The Weekly 9 hole unlimited mobile only tourney can be played on the new PC version.

  Why is that a problem? Everybody's eventually going to be playing the same platform anyway. It's not like you have some serious advantage playing on a PC in the new version of the game.
