Betting on matches

  Please correct me if I´m wrong, but I think I heard somewhere on the forums some time ago that WGT were thinking about giving us the possibility of, when we play a match against a friend, betting credits on who´s gonna win.

  I think this would make multiplayer much more exciting and would be great, specially now we´ve got match play.

  I haven't seen anything myself seve and you know I'm all over this place.  A search on the forums for 'betting credits' only nets a couple of worthwhile threads, but there was no response from WGT in any of them.

  They still have that blurb in the Terms and Conditions about not gambling credits, so in short, I'd have to say no, it's probably not likely we'll see it.  I would imagine there is too much red tape to clear (considering how long it took just to get all countries eligible for credit tourneys), but I could be wrong.  I guess we're stuck on wait and see again. :(

  WGT probably  should not condone any betting...however if you insist, you can get a paypal account and bet each other real cash...there a spinkter machine out there for ya

  That's all WGT needs. I know what will happen, seeing as I have no money. I'll play virtual golf, lose some virtual money with some virtual bets, go into some virtual debt and have WGT's goons break my virtual legs! (Do the courses on here have wheelchair access?)
