WGT has a lot bigger fish to fry than wording that seems to bother one player.
I'm guessing that "Birdie" and "Eagle" aren't words from the rules either, yet ev1 uses them, including WGT.

If it's good enough for the pro players, TV announcers during a match play tourney, and the officials running the tourney to use the term, then it's good enough for me to see it used here.
