It is a known bug. When you get enough XP's to reach level 63 it will advance to the correct level. WGT has not said when or if they will fix it. I know it sucks because the R9 driver and 3 wood unlock at level 62. But the Tour preferred iron set does not unlock until level 63 and the club set of R9 woods and tour preferred irons unlocks at level 64 so it might be best if you considering the R9 woods to wait until level 64 and get the full set and save a few credits.
